You could start with this, not cheap, but pretty much everything you need. It would obviously require some custom plumbing on the air side, as it is not designed for our trucks.

how about using a regular air to air, then plumbing in a water mister type device to spray on cooler kinda like a swamp cooler does. maybe work for for short periods like pulls but not too good for street use.

I don't know the particulars, but I have seen this in application as a firewater pump install 6BT. The cooler looked like it just sat right in the intake manifold and bolted straight on. The intake horn was part of the water cooler. I am sure it was piped into the jacket water, but you could have a small water reservoir with an electric pump to circulate. For a pull you only need a 1 minute charge right?

Most racers add ice at the track. You could also run a coolant fan, you could use a rad out of a small car. A large tank is better than a smaller one. I would put everything in the bed of the truck. How much boost you planning on running? If you go twins, put in a interstage cooler between the primary and secondary. This will drop the air temps going into the secondary. Then have another intercooler. I plan on doing this one day, but I want to run my boost around 100+ psi area so, the air will be hot hot... I'm guessing around the 450 to 500 deg F area coming out of the secondary.
