IMHO it is a waste of money for level 6. That's not the first time I have wasted money, but hopefully the last. I also feel no change between level 4,5,6.

Since I started this post, I have upgraded to Jammer 5 nozzles and I am way beyond the limits of my stock turbo. Still not much difference between 5 and 6 when I get on it. I will say that level 6 is the best for a lugged motor smoke show. I'm gonna get a ticket if I'm not more careful. Has anyone blown so much smoke at low RPM in high gear that egt's actually start to drop till boost comes up to about 5 psi then soar till boost hits 20 psi and go up gradually from there? I believe that is the definition of "putting out the fire!" Then when you add a little 2 cycle oil to help out the Ultra Low Sulfur #2, you can really put out a cloud.
Since adding my jammer's, I only drive around in 1x1. Any higher and i have to constantly pay attention to my right foot to minimize my rolling solar eclipse.

Does any one of pic of the actual wires they tapped for the smoke switch? We tried to follow the diagram on my buddies 01' w J/A but kept it throwing a code with no difference in smoke. Any help or pics?

Six B, I couldn't help but notice that your injectors netted you 60-70 HP but the Juice only added 80 on top of that. I wonder how much my setup is pushing? I'd guess around 400 but who knows, maybe i'm more like 375-380.

the connectors are different on the 1998.5-2000, the 2001, and on the 2002. That diagram is for the 2002, If his truck is a 2001 your going to have to find the correct pattern with a multimeter.

I really expected more from the juice, not even close to 150 hp and 400 tq as advertized on #6. I was going to go for more hp like around 500 or so, but have since changed my mind and decided to be happy with what I have. I would have no idea what hp you are runnin. What are jammer 5 nozzels hp wise ?

Jammer 5's are rated at 150 HP, most say they are only good for a smoky 135 HP. No cracks, every box has a different code that correlates to its serial number. Those codes are stored in a database at edge, so I think you gotta pay your 100 bucks. But like I said when I started this post, it wasn't worth it for me. Hopefully when Quad sends my Beta Box, I'll be able to sell this unit. It works fine, just seems like it could use some more refinement in the method of fuel delivery.

You would notice more power with a turbo upgrade. Like was said, you are out of your turbos map and you're not gaining anything on top where the fueling will really become apparent once burned. Depending on what you want to reach hp wise will determine the charger you need. The RV injectors are SixB's limiting factor that I can see. I still wouldn't expect much more than 400 hp with the hybrid. Possible, but hot and inefficient. Just my .02
