Fairly simple. On mine I ran 3/8" line from the tank to the Pump (on the frame in front of the tank). Then went 1/2" to my spin-on filter mounted just infront of the crosmember. Then directly to my VP. I prefered this method because I only needed on metric adapter and gained a spin-on filter that out preforms the stock by a ton. Also it gives a lot more room to work on the side on the engine if needed (cleaning sensors, changing ECMs, starters, ect...) Total cost including my Holly Black was less the $180.

I ran -8 line from the tank to the vp44 and mounted a holley blue on the frame. Been that way for a hair over 2 years and it's still holding 11psi at WOT. Cost me a pretty penny though. I suggest using rubber fuel line instead of -8. Much cheaper and easier to work with.

What are you trying to do? Your question was how to build a fuel system. You have a second pump. Do you have good pressure? What do you want the fuel system to do that is doesn't do now?

Yeah, do you have a Fuel Pressure guage? With your mods - its critical to know the fuel pressure

No I dont have a gauge...I had the fuell pressure checked after I put the injetors in. The shop said it was fine...hmmmm...I might ditch my trans temp(not hooked up yet) for a fuel pressure gauge. Id like my system to supply alot of fuel much like a fass does for all my mods in the future..sorry if my questions are dumb..I know nothing about fuel systems

There's a ton of info for your project in the Search Mode. There's enough reading material to keep you busy for a couple of nights.
The Scotty Fuel System and The Vulcan are the 2 most popular.
I've run one similar to Scotty's for a couple of years and I'm

This guy breaks down a pretty sweet replacement. I opted for the Vulcan big line pusher and have had no problems with it. I cannot get it under 12 psi at WOT.
