Homemade bumper?

My truck is currently in San Diego having a Knapheide utility body, ladder rack, and custom rear bumper installed. The bumper is patterned slightly after a Reunel farm type bumper.
Here are some pics of the bumper my dad built, that my bumper is being patterned after. The bumper measures 8" high and is 4.25" deep on top. I will hopefully be getting my truck back tomorrow sometime, and will post pics of the finished product then.
That truck is the '90 CTD my dad basically gave me. There were some push rod and valve tappet problems with it though. You can read all about my adventures in the Help and 1st Gen sections.

I am seriously contemplating that, I really like the Road Armors Front and rears. I am wondering how difficult it would be to make one though. As I dont have any money to buy one. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
