It sounds like electrical conduit to me. If it is you can go to any electrical wholesale house such as C.E.D or Platt and buy factory 22* 45* and 90* bends.. If those fittings couplers are compression they may not leak if they are set screw they will leak. Buy the way if you go to buy bends make sure you know what size conduit you have. 3 1/2" Emt measures 4" O.D. 4" conduit measure almost 41/2" O.D . And My tip is 6"x 24" long. The big daddy..

Ill have to see about the bends. Still dont know what ill do about a downpipe. I also found out it IS E.M.T. Says it right on the end. Also, the fittings have set screws, but like i said. I can weld that up with no problems if i need to.

Yeah; that might be my best option. Right now, ive been trying to find a 4inch to 3inch reducer so i can make the downpipe. Cant seem to find one anywhere close. If i had the right sized pipe i could make one myself. I would still like to do this though. I stuck a piece over my tailpipe, and it sounded good It will probably sound a lot better turbo back.

I started on my downpipe today. Im gonna run some 4 inch O.D. pipe(a little over 3 3/4 I.D.) from the turbo to the bed, and from there on out I will run the 4.5 inch O.D. Should sound mean, and look good. plan on doing, and hanging it all after school tomorrow. If i do; I will get pictures up soon, and let you guys know how i like it. Im hoping it will lower EGT's a little, but i wont be going bigger than stock till after the downpipe makes its first bend, and bolts together, so what do you guys think? If it would lower them 100 degrees i would be happy as a clam, but im doubting it? Only one way to find out Should sound awesome either way Ill let you guys know how it turns out.

Sorry. It was raining, and i didnt want to lay under a truck that was dripping mud, and water all over me. My cousin is supposed to be here in just a second, and we are gonna work on it. I will let you guys know if i make any progress. Should at least get from the turbo to behind the cab done today easily i hope.

Well. Got the downpipe made to right about where the bed starts. Its a little crooked, but ill just have to get the next pipe good and straight and run over the axle. I tried to get it as straight and level as i could but oh well. It sounds like a dump truck The cab rumbles something awful right now . You can hear the turbo whistle a little more. It sounds god, and when you shut it down, the turbo "wooshes" forever I just cant wait to get it ran on out the back now . I will try to get some pictures up after i get it all on, but i cant promise anything. I used the 4 inch O.D. pipe. No reduction in EGT's but i didnt start with it till after the turbo elbow. Oh well. I personally believe timing will fix my EGT issues because the truck runs pretty rough at high rpm's, and sounds kinda bad, and i think timing is the culprit. EGT's dont get bad at all till i rev it high enough to make it kinda miss and run rough, but then they sky rocket. Im happy overall. Im just ready to get it ran on out now
