holset turbo idea
so i have been lookin around for a new turbo for my truck and this may be a really dumb question but would a hx55 be to big to run on my truck i have heard it should bolt up but as opposed to my stock hx35 would this be way to big to run with what is in my sig, i can get it a at reasonably cheap price so if anyone has some insite on weather or not this would work it could end up being a pretty good deal for me let me know what you guys think

Too big to run on a daily driver.
It won't just bolt up, the exhaust inlet and outlet are different, the discharge flange is different, etc.
The only holset turbo's that bolt up easily are HX40's, and He341 and He351cw although you have to modify your charge air pipe to the charge air cooler since the turbo's outlet is in a different location and different connection type (hose type vs v-band).

Well honestly I don't really tow very often, I want a good set of twins and use my stocker but I don't want to pay a arm and a leg I can get the hx55 for around 450. So what would u recommend instead?
