Will it bolt up or do you have to modify something to get it on there?

Just look for a T03 inlet flange turbine housing. If you get something different, you'll have to build or buy an adapter to mount up. Without seeing what you have, its hard to say. If its off a 5.9L, it will probably work as they typical come with the T03 flange. The Hx-40 I have has a 8.3L exhaust flange (T04 I think). I'm currently building an adapter plate to get it to fit as it cheaper than finding a different turbine housing. You could also find an ATS exhaust manifold with a T04 flange but thats more $$$. You might need to grab the exhaust down pipe as well. Stockers are restrictive but easy to find and get you're exhaust to bolt up with. I just build mine from left over stuff.

I am getting an '05 turbo from a cratered engine. Actually i am getting the whole engine. I guess i could just put the 3rd gen manifold on too if I wanted to use the turbo. Isnt the wastegate electronic though? How much boost is the HC351 good for? Would a an HX35 be a better choice in terms of compatibility? I am also trying to get an '01 engine a guy pulled out because of a knock and it has an HX 35 turbo on it.
