Higher Idle

I removed my muffler and resonator this weekend...It seems my idle has increased about 200 RPM. Maybe it's my imagination--what is the typical idle for these engines with the muffler supposed to be........if it has increased, I need to find out why if it is not normal.

Thanks

Normal idle is around 750. No clue how the muffler could effect idle though

Isn't it closer to 850*? Always has been on my 02.

Also see no way muffler/resonator could affect idle.... unless badly cloggedup?

Try checking APPS voltage and maybe do a reset

Could it just be the fact that it SOUNDS like it idles higher since it is probably a little louder now? Just a thought.

Might be...It's about 800 now...just sounds high, I guess...if 750-800 is the norm, then I'm ok.

Thanks
