High RPMS?
Just wondering what would be involved in getting one of these to spin high rpms if it is even possible and who I would need to talk to, to get the work done. There doesn't seem to be any mention of this in the forums and I was just wondering if this is possible to do or not. ???
Thanks,
Mack

Mack if it is a 12v then call piers. Get a 3k or 4k gov kit. I just orderd the 4k and HD springs. it cost me 260.00 but it is well worth it. PM me if you have any other questions.
DM01

Well I can't tell ya yet because I have notdone it yet. (The kit is in the mail) so when I get it in which should be wither right before Christmas or right after I will write all about it. I have heard that the valves are easy but the springs in the Injection pump are hard.
DM01

The back two slugs are a ****h. You will need a small heavy duty valve spring compressor and a magnet. The cheapest is from NAPA. And a baring tool if you dont know how to turn the engine with the belt.

While on the subject of hi rpm, will I even get to 4K with the GSK's usung the "small" 180hp pump and stock injectors? I know I need lotsa fuel and some 370's & 16 housing will be on my birthday list next month 8). Lack of money is terrible when you got the bombing bug!!!
