High idle box activation via remote WORKS
WOO HOO
It took 4 relays and 2 diodes, but I can now start my truck and kick in the adjustable high idle via my remote start remote. Would have gotten my 2-lo conversion done but I picked up the wrong switch

A buddy of mine has a connection for the vacuum switch. Other than that, you just need a switch and about 6 inches of hose. His ID on here is bnold. The vac switch was $15 shipped. Not sure if his buddy has anymore, but he'll be able to tell you.
Just holler if you need any info.

One port is for the vacuum line from the supply. The second port is for the line that runs to the axle. The third post is a vent. Not sure if it's needed. As long as you can supply power and stop the flow of vacuum, your switch should work.

don't know how I ever missed this thread, but to answer your question I think a 3 port is needed... that way once you flip the switch to cut vacuum the vacuum stored in the line can be vented... otherwise you may have enough vacuum in the ine to get partial engagement which would be a bad deal!
