Help Instal Edge Juice W/ Airdog Ii
I Just Intaled My Edge Juice With Attitude Monitor. Everything Went Smoothly Except The Fact That I Couldt Install The Fuel Pressure Sensor Because Where The Banjo Nut That Used To Be There On The Bottom Side Of The Vp44 Is Now A Smooth 90 Degree Bend That Goes Right Into The Large Blue Fuel Line. I Called Edge And They Told Me To Call Airdog And See If They Have An Alternative Location To Install This. Any Suggestions?
Ps. The Edge Juice Is F**** Amazing Never Dreamed That Much Horse Power. On Level 5 When My Overdrive Gear Kicks In It Feels Like Nitrous... Jumps From 60 To 90 Very Fast. Crazy!!!!!!

you can cut into the 1/2 fuel line and instal a pushlock fitting that will accept your sender, or you can remove the plug that is on the airdog and install your sender, you will also have to extend your wiring to reach the sender(do a search there are pic of how to do it).
points to note, you need to mount the sender, away form the engine and limit VP fuel pulses or your sender will pre-maturely fail
here is how I did it, I have a needle valve that is just barely cracked open (this limits VP fuel pulses) and its mouned in the fuel line (this eliminated engine vibrations from destroying the sender)

what is that needle valve running to? my fuel line is going from vp44 straight back to airdog on frame rail. it is no where near where your needle valve is.

Put in a tee off the fuel line from the filter to the VP. Put a simple needle valve (HD or Lowe's) in the teed line and put the sender on the end of that. Tap a ground off the sender to the frame and you should be good.

I cut my line and installed a T. i wish i would have known about these fittings. I dont know about where you live but around MD i can get them at any local performance shop. It will be quicker than orderin it off line.
