Help!!! I need new shocks!

Less than 1,000 miles ago I put 4 new Skyjacker 7000 Hydro shocks on a 97 Dodge Cummins. The shocks are already bad. This truck is not used for anything but highways and nice dirt roads. Unfortunately this shocks were a gift and there is no receipt. What would be a good replacement for these shocks? Any help is appreciated.

Yep definately Bilsteins! I think the guys name is Don. All 4, free delivery to your door for under $300. You can't go wrong. I've been running the largest ones they have w/the 4" skyjacker lift and it rides great.

I have OEM shocks on mine off an 06 truck and someone on here is giving some away for shipping costs. They fit great. Check the Free box in the classifieds.

Is that price for the yellow shock with blue boot or the nickle plated with black boot ? The price I gave for mine was the nickle plated.

Yeah I think that is for the yellow one's, which should be more than enough if its not lifted, if it is lifted I think you have to step up to the nickle ones, but I'm not positive. Never really looked bilsteins up for the dodge because for my application I like the rancho 9000's, but in desert racing all we run is bilsteins

Went from Rancho 9000s to Bilstein HDs.
Night and day difference.
Go with the Bilsteins.
