Help!!! banjo bolt

I am just installing the fuel pressure sender for my edge juice with att and the old banjo bolt came out by hand after I loosened it..but the new one seems very tight. Is this normal? I have compared the bolts and they look the same, I have not put a wrench on it yet but can barely get it started by hand and turn it in maybe a quarter of a turn by hand. Is this normal

THanks
