help adrenaline problems...truck died
just installed it. drove it about 30 miles. well got on the truck perdy hard and the egts pegged out the pyro and i let off of it and as soon as i let off it died and wouldnt start back up??? no knocks or weird noises. just wont start. its late now and i will mess with it tomorrow. where to start? i know the fp is workin. i will check the pressure tomorrow. i think i should start by takin the adrenaline off. any suggestions, use truck alot and need it tomorrow after noon. i didnt install any thing for the pyro boost or oil temp, since i already have all them gauges.

Take it off and sell it!! What tune are you running? Make sure you have FP, or you vp was toasted. You may have starved it of fuel with a hard run and bigger injectors. I really can`t tell ya since my adrenaline is being a b!tch right now...

Sounds like a common problem. You let off under hard throttle and ran the injector line empty. Your gonna have to crack a couple injector lines and purge the air out. Should fire right up. Next time don't jump off the throttle so quick or blip the throttle a couple times.

^^^^ as scottsjeep said, if it stalls when you let off quick on the throttle, loosen 2 of the first 3 injectors, crank it and it should start kicking/sputtering. tighten up the lines, should fire right up

i think thats exactly what happened... this morning i took the adrenaline off still no start. cracked a couple of injector lines turned it over a little bit then tightin them up then it fired right up with a little whiff of intake candy. i hate to do it to my engine but some times i dont have the patience, it just isnt good starting any engine on starting fluid.

Ive had it happen a bunch of times, I can usually cycle the lift pump a couple times and it will fire back up. regardless of fuel pressure to the pump only so much can pass through the orifice int he pump its self so vapor locking it is common on real aggressive tunes
