Heated Seats?

MY TRUCK HAS HEATED SEATS THAT HAVE A MIND OF THERE OWN ANY IDEAS ON WHATS GOING ?

But on a serious note, the only thing that I could think is your switch is going goofy on you...............not real sure though. Haven't heard many people having that problem

Is your LED on the switch blinking? If so, the heating pad in the seat needs replaced because the elements are breaking up. I dealt with this issue on my drivers side last year.

my truck is a 2000 3500 6 speed and the light on the seat indicator is blinking
how much does it cost to get it fixed

I want to say the new heating pad element was $60 or $70 but, I also got the employee discount and a buddy of mine that worked in the service dept. installed it for a 5th of Capt. Morgan's.

Did he have to use special tools to get the seat apart?

How did he go about it, from the front of the seat or the rear?

These are leather seats right?
