Print each page out on 8.5 x 11 and tape them together. Vegasbound gave me a great tip. He told me to cut it out of a piece of cardboard and use that to position it. Once you got it where you want it, press down on the airbox mounting studs to punch holes in the cardboard. Then use the cardboard as a template to cut the final heatshield. Worked great.

On the same note, here's what I did.
I drilled 3/4 inch holes in the heatshield that lined up with the factory box studs.
Pulled the rubber grommets and torx nuts out of the factory box, and pushed them into the holes in the heatshield.
Holds the heatshield down nicely.
