Where could I get an upgraded headlight wiring harness everyone's talking about? Is there a link on "how-to" also?

If you are talking about going to relays, here are a couple.

I ordered the wiring harness from Daniel Stern last week. Patiently waiting for it's arrival. I did a lot of e-mailing back and forth with Daniel before I made the purchase. He seems really up to speed on the whole Dodge lighting issues and calls a spade a dirty effen shovel. I kinda like the guy! Will keep ya posted when I get the harness installed.

Cheers!

get a set of sport headlights. I got mine from ebay. I got the suvlights.com harness. after that its plug and play your oem sockets on both sides (lights) plug into the harness then those pig tail to the 2 bulbs on each side. once you have the harness in hand its really easy to see how its put together. if you look at my past threads I did a write up when i installed mine. WELL just looked couldn't find it this was handy from another post.

Don't want to convert to sport lights if I don't have to. Just want to upgrade harness. I can convert to 9007 bulbs later on

From what I hear...its wire gauge. Thats one of the main reasons for this upgrade is to get away from the factory 18 or 20 gauge wiring and get the power straight from the battery/alternator instead of through the switch.

I've got the LMC harness. My only problem with it is that I had to add some length to the wiring so I could safely route it on top of the radiator. I don't remeber the exact wire guage but it was 12 or 14. The light output is a good improvement over stock.

I dont know the guage offhand but there is no way the LMC harness has 12 guage wiring. Its cheaply made, you have to extend the wiring to make it reach the other headlight and the relays are junky. My passenger side light doenst always come on or shuot off due to a bad relay. Like I said before there are much better harnesses available.
