Head Gasket
I am planning on installing 150 hp injectors in my truck and leave the HX35 wastegated. I was wondering if i will blow the head gasket with this set up and what it takes to blow the head gasket. Thanks

My advice is let the truck get up to full operating temperature and let the thermostat cycle atleast once before you push any more than 20PSI IMO. BigBlue is at about 500hp on a stock gasket and just recently added studs...

Thats gonna be ruff on your turbo and the head gasket. Problem is if you run the comp on high settings its gonna be to much fuel fo the 35 and you will have it pushing high boost like 40s on hard run. Problem is the drive pressure goes up high after 36lbs. I ran the comp and 150s for a while and would peg my 40lb gauge on 1x5 with comp. Surged real bad and was hot. My waste gate wouldnt help on a wot run. Swing a better turbo in when possible and take it easy till then.
