Wow. Really good job, That set up looks like it came as a kit.
Glad the ''Ot Oh'' has stayed away since the first vid.
Good Work!

Very nice setup! You better assemble a parts list so others can have a whack at the homebuilt setup. You could probably make a halfway decent living making turbo kits too! I'd be interested to see what the drive pressure is too.

Ok here we go. I'll put each item under the website I bought it from.

-Source Automotive
5" down pipe (no flange), 5" inlet AFE filter, 45* rubber intake elbow, 2 1/2" bungs for my pop-offs, & flexible oil drain for the top turbo.

-Airflo.com
5" band clamp for the exhaust

-Vulcan Performance
Straight oil drain & bottom turbo oil feed

-McMaster-Carr
Pop-safety valves part #48435K82

-Race Parts Solutions
5" exhaust flange w/ clamp & oil drain flange w/ gasket (takes 3/8-16 1" long bolts and a 3/4"MNPTx3/4"Hose Barb adapter from Ace Hardware to mate to the drain hose.)
I had to use 3/4" hose adapted to 1" hose to fit over the oil drain in the block. The 1" hose was a little big, so I used a silicone sleeve over the nipple to fill the gap between it and the hose. (NAPA & northern tool has oil resistant hose)

-Mandrel Bending Solutions
2 90* 3" bends & a 45/180* combo bend. (I used both 90s and the 45* cut out from the combo bend coupled with a 90* silicone boot for my intercooler pipe.)

-Silicone Intakes
2.75"x3" boot, 3.5" boot (bought from gwhammy), 3.5"x4" boot (bought from gwhammy), 3" 90* boot, & all necessary t-bolt clamps.

I also had to buy an adapter for my oil feed on the top of my 3B. It was a 90* SAE-6 Straight Thread O-Ring x JIC-6. Those can be found at Northern Tool or at your local hydraulic shop. Other 3Bs or S400s may be different.

If I were making the hot pipe and cold pipe, I'd have to buy all necessary parts for that but I bought those premade, soooo...........

Have you put the truck on a dyno after the turbo upgrades? I like how fast the boost comes up over 20psi to 40 mark. I have a GT3582R over S366 build in my garage.

I'm thinking about doing twins after I install My Ally. How well do you think your set up would work with a 351 VE? And would you recommend any other turbo for your top (small or bigger)?

New to the concept of running twins and I cant stand my 62-12.

I'm going to put a 351ve over some 3b or s400 but it may take awhile. I work on a 6 mo. to 5 year schedule. It takes me that long to do stuff sometimes.
I think you would gain a little more spoolup on the bottom end. I don't know how much this set of twins spools great and tow really good. I just like putting different stuff together.
I'd like to put a set like Mike is putting together except with a 71 mm s400 with a 1.10 exhhaust housing. I bet that 3582 will spool instantly.

The GT3582R does lite up better fast. Its a 62mm inducer on the compress. I've build a GT3788R over a S475, they start making boost around 1200-1300 rpm. I had a set of HT3782R over a BTH-3B, and it spooled about as fast as the 351VE/H3B that was in video. I wonder what the egt's look like? You just had boost recorded. If your egt's climb as fast as the boost does, you may want a bigger primary or put in an external gate. The problem, if you put in to small of a secondary, you start to choke exhaust flow.

Here a pic of my GT3788R over a S475. A buddy of mine built a custom exhaust manifold for this set. We went to a smaller diameter tubing for the manifold on the GT3582R/S366 set-up. After I drive it around some, I'm going to put in an external gate, so I can get the S366 to lite-up decently. Its just time and beer. We started with a pile of tubing on floor one night, by the next day we had them done. The GT3788R I had the turbine housing adjusted for more exhaust flow, over a stock housing.
