Low Dyno numbers also indicate a pump problem. Either pressure loss through wear, timing solenoid or a combo of both.

I'm living this statement. Low HP? Nothing money won't fix. Trans not holding? Nothing money won't fix. Not enough air? Nothing money won't fix.

New pump is on the way, should have it tomorrow, if UPS doesn't mess up. 
I was wondering................. If the pump is not perfoming correctly, why won't it throw a code? I would think I would get a check engine light or a 0216 code.
If I get the pump on time I should have in Sunday. I'll report back with the results.
I hated spending that kind of money, but the silver lining is, the FCM boards have been updated since 99.
