hard starting dodge... sometimes
When i go to start my truck and the engine is cold, it will usually crank for about 3-5 seconds. Now when ive been driving for a while and the engine is at operating temps, i can hop back in and it will fire up normal. Its ironic because i had another 99' about two years ago and it was just the opposite, it would start easy cold and you might be cranking for 10-15 seconds if the engine was warm Any info would be appreciated

When you say cold, how cold do you mean? If the truck has been sitting for a day at 50 degree temps, will it be hard to start? If so, it sounds like you have a fuel problem. You either have a very small air leak or your IP and LP are not delivering the fuel right away.
If the problem is only when it is like 30 degrees and colder, it is probably your grid heaters. You can check these by checking the voltage from the connection on the grid heater to ground while the wait to start light is on. There are two grid heaters and usually only one fails so you must check both.
