I run H1 rims on my offroad truck, but I can't imagine why you would want to run them on a truck that will see the highway. For one thing the stock backspacing is 7.25" so you will probably have to recenter them, so there is the chance of them not being perfectly true.

The H1 bi-plys (wrangler RTII's) are usually dry and hard (I ran them for a bit before getting my 42 inch TSL's) and I can't imagine they would do very well in the rain.

I am wanting to put some solid steel wheels on my truck and I like the look of the H1 beadlocks. The tires and wheels are hella cheap on ebay.......

I don't know what the stock backspacing is on the dodge, but I'm pretty sure it is much less than 7.25... this means you would have to recenter the wheels to a more usable backspacing.

if you want to do some reading on the matter, you should cruise over to my site where we have a tech article on recentering H1's and plenty of other info... you will need to register to read the article

I have a friend that ran 36x14.50 bias tires (not sure what kind anymore, it's been a few years) on his Duramax, hated them. Rode really rough untill they warmed up, lousy handling, and bad traction in the rain.
