Spicy, Those are some big injectors! How are they while just driving around town, with the box turned down to say 3x3 or so? I wouldn't mind running a huge injector like that as long as it didnt spew black smoke all the time! I like to be able to drive through town with no smoke like when taking off from a stop for example. I am looking at the Mach 4's but maybe I should go bigger.

what can you expect from mach 2's and htb2 with comp and with or without mad ecm??? what benefits would be had with the same combo with a set of twins? maybe the ones jegs sells? or would mach 4's get closer to the 400-425 range with a single and towing safety; with the comp off????

Twins give you cooler EGT for a given spoolup, or faster spoolup for a given EGT. There's a point where ONLY twins will cool you down, at least until they design a compressor wheel that's efficient at 75psi.
4s will get you every bit of 425 and then some, lol! Closer to 500 even, when paired with a Comp and HTB2.
The 4s are clean enough that part of me is wishing I tried 5s or 6s

Just I have been busy building twins for cutomers and I have not had time to do my own. Most of the sets are PDR 40 and a 3B, I am working on a set now that is a HX 35 and B2. So hopefully I can get my own set done soon. Then I hope to cool the EGT's down a bit. I can hit 1600+ no box on by the time I shift into 5th, I know what I have to do to get this corrected, but customers come first. My poor HX 35 with a little bigger exhaust housing hits 43 psi of hot worthless air, and that is about 70 psi of head pressure........so I normally take it easy with the go pedal. Actually I take it easy most of the time, well maybe..........lol.

My Truck
A little white smoke
The aftermath..........
Second gear take off no box on and you can see the shift into 3rd, that would be the faded set, the darker set is a 3rd gear brake and go.
Things I shouldn't be doing, well I have a lot of land, so what do you expect?
The thrid pic you can see the gravel from my driveway, but look and you will see a tire clean spin, and then go. Later Jim.

I have EDMs 2 along with a HX 35/40 turbo a edge EZ and a TST box ( not much good on a HO motor)
I also have a South bend Clutch ConOFE. I am at the limit of the clutch.

Hello again
I also pull a 5th wheel camper 10/11,ooo lbs and a goose neck trailer up to 20,000 lbs with this truck. I did not have any trouble pulling the West Va turnpike loaded at 19,000 lbs. EGTs where not a problem
I work this truck.

Anyone have any idea what I am running for hp and tq? I really wish I could find a dyno in my area. Right now I just have the 100hp nozzles and a van aaken smartbox r, but I am curious how close I am to the 400hp mark. If I had to guess I would say I am around 350hp and 650 tq. TIA
P.S. I know I dont have an ETH but I am still curious how much I am putting to the ground.

By comparison, an HO with a timing box and 75hp injectors will dyno right around 350hp, 850lb-ft. You should have a little more than that, if you have the air for it.

i have the mach's and comp with the con fe clutch bhaf and dynoed at 421/941. and that had the truck running out of fuel. so fass is next should add a little more power. but this combo will pull 80,000 pounds as i found out last night. oh yeah it was dynoed before the lift.
