I've got a SO pump waiting to go on my HO and I'm not changing the ecm. Hopefully I'll get to it this weekend, but I have a feeling it wont happen till next weekend. I'll let you know how she runs.

bnold swapped the HO pump on his truck with a SO pump. He said stock to stock the bottom end was a a little less, but the Smarty helped make up for it. As for the top end, it's better than the HO pump was (with a wire tap box).

OK, I've tried my SO pump with both the HO and SO ECM's and the only difference there was is with the box (Edge Comp or TST) off. Once you turn the box on the total power will be about the same. I did pick up a few hp on just sticks by swapping ECM's, but the total hp was the same. I'm still running my HO ECM and love it. you will notice a small amount of bottom end gone.
