Guage question

Ok guys, I have a 97 that is stock. I am ordering some guages to install. I am getting the 3 pod a pillar setup. My question is two parts.

1. What guages match the stock dash best? I think I remember reading that Isspro were the closest but can't find that post in the search function.

2. What pod is the best quality (fit and finish wise) and are there any already matched to the interior colors or do they all have to be painted?

Thanks
Chris

From what I have seen, I like the looks of Isspro EV. I think I have read the same about they match the dash the best. Somebody makes a bulb cover that gives them the green back light to match the dash also. The pillar mounts have to be painted to match, they come black.

I haven't bought my guages yet. When I buy they are going to be Isspro EV. I can't tell you if one pillar mount is better then the other.

Yeah I guess most will probably fit fine. There seems to be a few options though, I was just looking for some feedback from people who have used them.
Thanks for the reply.

Hey Buckshot,
Those Autometers look good. I think I have settled on the isspro's though. Diesel Manor has a kit with everything to install for $267. Seems like a good deal to me.
I like your driving buddy! We have 3 Bassets ourselves. They are fun but can be um...difficult sometimes.

Thanks. We have 2 Bassets, a male and female. The female belongs to the wife and kids. I'm looking at a Bloodhound to add the brew.
