Gov. Arm adjustment

I am sliding my #0 plate full forward as we speak(read) and I noticed that my gov. arm doesent even come close to contacting my plate when i pull up on the solinoid lever. Will i gain any power by adjusting it to hit the plate? What If i left it the way it is? It is about 1/2 inch from the plate at its closest position. PLEASE HELP. TRUCK NEEDS TO RUN NOW!!!!!!!!

Thanks~Matt

Its fine. You have to pull the solenoid up, AND give it throttle. That is why it didnt get close. With a 0 plate you shouldnt need to adjust anything. Put er back together and go with it
