Got around to putting wheels on my truck, 10x better!
Now, I just need bigger tires I think. These are 285 75 16, which are roughly 33"...looks like I can easily fit some 35's in there. There is just SO much space! The truck makes the tires look tiny...they looked really big on my Ford 2WD.
Original wheels:
New wheels:
Here's how they were on my Ford...I guess the Dodge sits a LOT higher, or, has much bigger fenderwells:

285's look great! I ran them for 4 yrs and loved them....... until I had to go & level my truck w/ a 2" lift on the front!
The level truck looks amazing... but all of a sudden the 285's looked tiny... so went to 315's.
315's look great but they rub at full turns.... they don't balance as well as 285's (on the 8" wheels).... they stretch the rear end gear ratio a lot. I would stay where you are for as long as you can stand it!
But if those are 10" wheels (can't tell)... the 315's add a lot, in the looks department

Thanks for the compliments! I'm really happy with it. I guess the tires look good, it just looks like there's so much empty space in there that could be fitted with a bigger tire. Once these tires are gone, I have the set of 285 75 16's that came on the truck that I'll put on these wheels, then maybe go 35's after that...nothing too extreme, I do mainly towing with it.
Thanks, so isn't the Ford!!!

With a leveling kit the biggest I could go was the 285/75 r17" no rubbing but no real clearance either. I do like the looks of the 315's but I think I'd have to go with a 4" lift and I use my truck too much to go that high
