Good Buy for Pull Truck

I found a semi-local truck for sale. Needs a lot of work so it would be best used as a sled pulling truck unless someone had time and space to work on it.

The ad: one owner, 395256 miles, but still runs strong. special ordered this pick-up it had 19 miles when I picked it up. laramie slt, club cab, turbo diesel,5-speed tranasmission, tow package, cd/casette playeram,fm, electric driver seat, mirrors, windows, and doors. sliding rear window, and cloth seats. new clutch and transmission re-build has 81,921 miles on them. each clutch has averaged 156,000 miles. leaks oil, needs some gaskets and seals, still starts first time every time! Needs u joint for front drive line, front end shimmies at times. driver seat is worn. needs ac compressor pump.body has dents, from 4 wheeling and camping on right side but, has never been in a wreck, there is no rust. This truck needs some tlc it is a great fixer-upper.

Leaks one quart per 50 miles= gallons of rotella per fillup. Does this mean the headgasket is shot, or is it all coming from behind the injection pump somewhere?
Power steering leaks and whines. Track bar is definitely shot, maybe ball joints and tierods too.
Brakes are good, front hubs and rotors were done 100K ago. Idle is a little rough due to valve lash adjustment or possibly head gasket issues.

Clear title. What is this truck worth? Would you all stay away? Fix it and sell it? Pawn it off on a buddy for a couple hundred hassle fee/profit?

Anyone need a stump jumper?

Does anyone want to donate 20 bucks for the experiment truck. We could try nitro methane, wet nos, oxygen injection, you name it. Just need 100 sponsors of 20 bucks to pay for the truck.

Owner is firm on price at 1900 so should I pass or what? I don't yet have a house so parking space is limited at my apartment. No wrench turning allowed where i temporarily live so I'd have to find a close buddy for a parking/wrenching space.
