Good 5in. exhaust

I am looking for a good 5 in. system. It will be a straight pipe system so I would like to find one that doesn't come with a muffler. What brand are ya'll running? Also, are there any sweet 6 in. tips out there anywere? Most all I see is 5in.Do you think a 6in. tip will look too big?I think it will look good on a dually. Thanks for the input.

Rip Rook has what you need.

I ran his 5" straight pipe on my old 01 and I really liked the sound. 6" would look great on a dually. Little big for a non lifted 2500 though.

I also am a little picky about were it exits and hangs. Some of them hang to low and I don't think that looks good at all. So,I want one that hangs nice.

I made my own.... bought a 4 inch downpipe, a 4" to 5" expander, 13' of 5" from the Kenworth dealer, some 5" flex pipe to clear the axle and a 5" tip.... my brother and I have installed plenty just like it on Dodge's and some Ford's...

Big rig shops have about any size tip you want. I put a 6inch on a 4 inch system. Had 2 reducers tucked up under the body.. Looked pretty good and sounded AWESOME!

I run the City Muffler system. it's available without a muffler.

I love how it exits. 90* to the body, and the tip is about 1/2" away from the body.

I did make my own hangers for it so that it would fit exactly the way I wanted it to.
