Gauges Installed! thoughts on readings??

Hello
Thanks to the information on here and lots of research I finally installed my Dipricol Optix gauges myself!!

Here are the reading i got tearing down the freeway.... no load

95 mph@ 2600 RPM @ 1200deg. (off road tires) about 3mi
35-40 psi top boost.

i noticed i still had quite a bit of pedal left but i did not want to go past 1300deg.

SOOO how does these figures sound? imput please
specs are in signature
thanks!!!

They sound fine. You've got the stock turbo maxed out, so you're going to need more air if you want to add more fuel.

You can go past 1300 for a few seconds, just don't hold it there.

Yup! Sound normal.
It's not how hot you get..... it's how long you stay hot!
Keep higher temps under 8-10 sec and you'll be fine.
Many drag racers hit 1600-1800* for a few sec with no problems.

ok great,
thats for that info!!

so if I was to later upgrade the turbo, would it be the just the housing
or the whole larger turbo?

i dont want to do more just yet as i get a "stumble hickup" when i stab the throttle while sitting still..in any gear @ all temps.

thanks

have you had your timing bumped? low timing could be causing the stumble and higher egts.
