not sure what you are asking
You want to remove the vents and put in guages??
Before you do that, take a look at the Rod's pod.....to mount it you cut the dash bezel and the guages sit just above the vents in the middle of the dash.

You have to hunt around a bit for the pic on the site but its under "guages and mounts"

I have the Rod's Pod and really like it. The added benefit is that you don't have to give up the A/C vents. I've been through Utah in the summer and it has been warm!!

any competent car audio shop that does custom work should be able to fab up that for you .............
they rebuild dashes to hold screens and multiple head units .that should be a walk in the park for them

Go for the Rod's Pod. You get to keep your vents.
(You'll need to picture a 100psi ISSPRO EV boost gauge and ignore the temporary air compressor gauge in the picture.)

I appreciate everyones input, I think i am going to do the vent set up. I was thinking i could run some sort of duct down under the seat to the rear cab area from the blocked off vents. Also the '03 cubby hole 3 gauge panel (from egauges) fits pretty snug up against the vents too. Thanks
