Gauge Installation

I plan on installing my FP and Boost gauge tomorrow(FINALLY)!!! Is there anything special to apply to the threads of the fittings for either gauge to stop them from leaking? Thanks

#2 Permatex will seal up your threads nicely. Also, liquid teflon paste (Loctite PST) will work good as well. Just dont use teflon tape...a small piece of that in your fuel system wont be very good for your injector pump.

Thanks. Could I also use that on my pyro? It does not seem to be leaking but just as a saftey measure.

Dont think so...your manifold is likely too hot. You need some nickle (preferred) or copper anti-seize.

This would be a good idea in case you ever have to take the probe out. I use antisieze on just about every nut and bolt on the truck.
