I got mine from diesel manor. They have a gauge "package". Comes w/ everything you need. My gauges are Isspro. Most important, imho, is fuel pressure, pyro, trans temp (auto), boost. I don't have the fuel pressure gauge yet, but it's on my list of things to do.

check out genos garage also. isspro/autometer cant go wrong with them. vp44 trucks need a fuel pressure/pyro/boost. trans is last imo only because your truck has a trans warning light in the dash that will come on if it gets to hot. just my opinion though

Well one thing that will make a difference is whether or not your truck is an auto, if it is it is HIGHLY recommended to get a Trans. temp gauge. Also highly recommended is a Fuel PSI for you 24v guys especially. EGT and Boost PSI are the standard "must-haves" though for any CTD. Check out PureDieselPower.com, the owner Garrett is an awesome guy to deal with and will get you set up with whatever you need for a good price. I very highly recommend him.

I went with the Diesel Manor 3 gauge pod with tweeter hole. Got FP, boost, and EGT. They're a great deal so far. I'm very pleased with them.

If your stock gauge cluster is white, Dipricol Optix and Isspro EV have a factory matched white analog gauge that looks really well in that Apillar.

this is what i did....i went on ebay and found the gauge pod for a really good price.....then i went to summit racing and got the full sweep auto meter phantom 2 guages.....most important would be fuel pressure(if you have a first style 24 valve...99' to ....i cant remember), pyrometer, and transmission temp if you have a auto....since i dont have an auto and i dont have to worry about fuel pressure since i have a 12v...i decided to go with oil temp...and i put this in the port right above the filter so i can not only meter the exhaust going through the turbo, but i can also watch the oil temp going through the turbo....hope this helps!

Whats your guy's thoughts on Westachs stuff?

There on Genos Garage. I like I can get all four gauges into one triple A pillar pod with the dual trans temp/ EGT gauge. Money isnt a matter to me. I think its about $400 for all three gauges and the pod.

I also like the look since they kinda match the trucks interior.

They seem too have a good rep with the airplane folk and if they like Im sure theyd do just fine in a vehicle that hopefully never leaves the ground!

Just wondering about any thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Excellent EGT Thermocouple & Gauge Article

This is an excellent article. Worth the look before you buy gauges.
