Garrett XHL20372 ??

I was given one of these turbos, and have had zero luck finding information on it. I am hoping it could be used on my truck. Google and Garrett's didn't return anything, so I am hoping someone on here has some knowledge about this piece. Do any of you know anything about it?

I learned a little more - it is off of a Detroit diesel. The part # tag has a serial number, that part number, Detroit diesel, and Allied Signal written on it.

I don't know enough to give a good answer.

However, Garrett also builds other common turbos by license same as other companies.

For instance, my old BHT3b was made by Garrett.

Post a picture with some measurements and that would be more helpful.

I did a little more cleaning, and found out I was reading the serial number of the turbo. The proper part number is 23508405. One of the sites I found show it cross referencing to a Borg Warner 169012, which is a model TV4502.
I am confused since the intake side or the turbo has Garret molded into it.
What I can find is this:

Highway Truck 350hp@1800RPM Series 60;11.1L (11.1L 16D)
A/R 0.6 compressor and turbine both.
Compressor wheel diameters: 64/92mm
Turbine wheel dia: 82mm (all the way).

It seems too small for a compound setup, but would it work as an upgrade to my current turbo? I know it needs rebuilt, so unless it is a nice easy bolt on upgrade and the rebuild is cheap I'm thinking it is an interesting boat anchor right now.
