Hotrod, you have pictures? I remember that your housing #'s was the same as mine. I just made a flange on mine and bolted it up. The garrett housing is only so large, unless he machines out the housing. Neat stuff. I would buy a stage 3 or one of these tweaked turbo. 110's aren't too big, but you need a decent sized turbo. You could go with a S300 series, I've never ran one. I'm impressed with mine vs my HX35 and HX40 experience. Mine spools-up fast and the egt's are too bad. Of course I run twins and its been years since I drove a single. I plan on getting a set of DDP 110's and see how well the rubber stays on my tires. Keep us in the loop on how good they work.

I've already tried the bigger sticks. I've used 250 DDPs and mach 6's. I want a clean towing set. Something that I can throw away the pyro and just enjoy the views when I'm towing. I've used 125 sized sticks. They work, but my coolant temps start to climb on the big hills. The jammer 4's aren't so good and my BD125 aren't too bad. I haven't tired that sized stick as of yet from DDP's. Also they say that you can get 2-3 mpg increase vs the stocker. At the price of fuel I can buy these and save some $$$ to.

i pulled 416hp and 940 tourqe but my vp was on it's last leg. truck feels much better with new vp.

egt's sink pretty fast with the box turned up haven't towed. i would like to try a twin setup but im not sure more hp is good for my foot as i got it sideways in 4th going through an s turn today on dry pavement.

This pic might be a little better. Is this the same housing you have. Mike I spoke to Tom at Turbo Re-Source I was wrong the hx40 flange is welded on. He also said it is a .89ar housing.

Might get a little warm towing with the DDP110's and the Comp turned up but you can always turn the Comp down. I think it should work well with your set up.

Yep, you should be able to see the bolt holes just outside of the flange, unless he filled those in on yours. They are visible on my 3782 from him.
