Question Fuel Transfer Pump

I have been looking at the Kit Vulcan sells that moves the FTP to in frint if the fuel tank and eliminates the banjo fittings. Has anyone done this?
What is the general experience with this as opposed to the RASP or FASS?

I didn't purchase the Vulcan kit... built one myself by buying the parts necessary. But I relocated my FTP to the frame. Plumbed it to the OEM fuel filter with 6AN lines. Left the stock OEM banjos (2) and line between the filter outlet and the VP44 inlet as is for now. I currently see 12-13 lbs consistently and sometimes hits 14 after warmed up. Cruising is around 11... barely drops 1-1.5 lbs. WOT is around 10. Very steady.

See my sig for details. Total cost for steel push-on fittings, 12 feet of quality Parker diesel fuel hose, and a new Carter P4601HP was around $160 total. I could do the filter to VP44 for probably another $15-20 I suppose. I think the Vulcan kit is nearly $150 just for the hose and fittings.

The kit from Vulcan (Eric) cost me $109 (shipping included) and that included the fittings, hose, LP relocation mount, wiring harness, zip ties and hose clamps ... everything you'll need for the job! He also included an inline fitting for mounting a fuel pressure gauge.

Installation was a piece of cake! I'll exagerate and say it took me an hour. I saw approximately 2 psi increase across the board and noticed a difference in engine noise, now that the pump is under/behind me. Do it, it'll be a well spent $109!
