Fuel pressure gauge installation, and a few other ?s

Hello all, well its been almost 2 months of ownership and so far so good, im learning more and more evryday about the rig, I purchased a fuel pressure gauge and will install it on friday, my lift pump is 2 months old, when I put the needle valve onto the bottom of the filter, what thread size needle valve do I use, and after the installation should I crank the key a couple of times to purge the air out of the system, or is some other sort of purging method to be used?
I installed a new track bar, steering stabilizer, and new Yokohama Geolander 285/75/16s, I have an appointment at Jannetys on monday for a front end alignment, my question is what do you guys think of the Solid Steel steering stabilizer? is it worth the money and does it do a good job, I want the slight wandering I have to hopefully go away, I have a ton more questions but will save for another post after I do some more surfing, thank a ton, and sorry for being such a newbie

No purging needed.

What do you think of the Geolanders? I just got a set and they seem to ride rough!

Thanks for the reply, I have only had the truck for 2 months now so all I have for comparison is the worn BFGs that came with it, I have the tires set at 50psi and they seem to be pretty good, I just had Janettys do a awesome front end alignment and the truck now handles great.
