Looking for source for a good fuel pressure gauge and isolater. The one i have is irratic and NOISEY. have tried taking the isolater out of the loop and that made it worse.

Did you put in a needle valve? It usually settles and quietens them.

needle valve ??

i just returned from Ga . there and back my fuel pessure gauge read 5 lbs to 60 lbs. often jumping sparadically and making a loud chattering noise.
has been like this seems like forever--never been accurate reading.
where do you put a "needle " valve? where do you get one and what does it do ?

do you use an isolater?

You put the needle valve anywhere in the line in-between the engine and gauge then run it barely cracked open. Where the hose takes off from the engine is the most common place.
This is the one I use http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/pro...835462&ccitem=

I just installed a set of isspro gauges, with thier fuel isolator, and stainless lines from the CP3 to the isolator, and it works out really well, and its pretty dang quiet. I can hear it a little bit, but its not too bad at all.. especially when Im WOT, with the new straight pipe
