Re:Fuel Pressure Gauge.
I have the A.M. gauges for boost and pyro, but went with a Hewitt industrial style gauge for the FP. I got it from Enterprise Engine, and it's been great; the lighting is a LOT better than the Halo lighting the AM guages use.
If I had it to do again, I would have gone with ISSPRO EV.

Re:Fuel Pressure Gauge.
I heard a while back that autometer would not warranty their fuel pressure gauges if used on diesel engines. Not sure if that's true or not.

Re:Fuel Pressure Gauge.
Summit does carry the Autometer fuel pressure gauge. At least in their Ultra-lite line. Look under part number ATM-4313. I have also heard about problems with the isolator in diesel applications. I would also like to find out if that is true or not.

Re:Fuel Pressure Gauge.
Problem is the Autometers only come in 15 psi or 100 psi flavors....
A 30 psi guage made for diesels is a much better choice....Isspro perhaps.

Re:Fuel Pressure Gauge.
The only thing that is holding me back from the Isspro is the lack of any kind of isolator. I have faith in the kit from Wildcat, but I can't get past the "what if" feeling if there ever was a leak in the cab. What if the wife was driving my truck (God forbid!) and a leak developed. Or just the stink that I would never get out of my carpet if there was a leak. Help me get over my fears!

Re:Fuel Pressure Gauge.
Im not completely sure what fittings Rod sells......
But, I do know if you use good quality S.S. fittings (Swagelok)...they are guaranteed not to leak. These fittings are used on everything from airplanes to drilling rigs to virtually every refinery and industrial plant around. They do not leak....period. The only time they will leak is a fitting that is loosened and tightened frequently.
There was a time when I was very reluctant with this setup. Much like u I was worried about diesel leaking, that was until I gave it some thought. I wouldnt hesitate to run a setup like this. Im quite sure Rod will mirror my thoughts on this.
You also install a needle valve upstream of the S.S. braided hose. So you can shut it off if need be.
