Ok heres the deal, I have a BD lift pump put inline with my stock lift pump and I am only seeing around 14-15 psi at idle and 5-6 psi at WOT. The stock lift pump is brand new so I know it is not bad, The BD pump is turning on because when I just had my stock lp running i was running at 12-13psi when the BD lp is on it only bumps the pressure up a couple psi? It is like it is not pumping at its full capabilities. I have an Edge/Attitude to monitor fuel pressure. I have done some research and it seams like everyone running this same setup or similiar is seeing at least 20 psi at idle and 12-13 at WOT. Any ideas on why this is occuring would be greatly appreciated?

Did some quick testing here is the result. Started the truck up and then decided to unplug the stock lift pump so just the BD lp was running, well when I did that and looked at my attitude monitor and it was reading ZERO psi so I quickly shut it down. I must have gotten a bad pump.

 

Since you have the JWA you are getting you readings right at the Vp check your fuel filter. Also I had a problem with my attitude sending unit try a different gauge. Make sure you have good electrical connections. Welcome to the forums.

Sorry, forgot to say I put in a new fuel filter too. I thought that could be the problem. I was kinda wondering if it wasn't my attitude monitor. I will see if I can get another gauge to check it first to make sure or not if it is the attitude monitor. Thanks.
