fuel preshur to high????

i just instlalled all my gages, i have a 15psi fuel preshur gage but it doesnt go low enoff to read unless i stomp on it from stop then i think all the fuel goes to the back of the tank itll drop to about 3 for just a sec then right back up to well over 15. even at WOT it wont get down to 15. i have a adjustable boost elbo that is closed and i wont go over 20psi of boost eather. any ideas on eather of these problems?

Fuel pressure sounds fine. Not good for the gauge to be pegged all the time, but its fine for the truck. Try adjusting the allen key or whatever it is on the elbow. If that doesn't work just plug the line and try to keep boost under 35
