Fuel plate

How do I go about sliding my fuel plate forward..any links I can hit with info?Have done the timing (16.5) bhaf,exhaust.I think this is my next move.thanx

You'll get an idea of what it takes here but there is a lot to skip pertaining to the turbo Just follow directions for a new plate. Make sure to scribe a line on the housing to mark the stock position for later reference. Don't slide it all the way forward, more power about 1/10'' back from full forward.

is this something you have done to yours? Is it worth doing or should I buy a new plate? Don't want to be blowing my baby up...just want a bit more punch

it'll give you a bit more punch... I would recomend buying a plate or grinding yours though... it'll give even more punch
