depends..

What kind of fuel economy do you get now ? also this depends on if you can keep your foot out of the throttle once you get the chip on there.. you will like the power and want to play with it all the time.. Also since you don't show a lift or bigger tires in your signature.. you are already going to get better fuel economy than say... ME But i figure you should get like 17 or 18 as your truck is now.. (let me know if i'm close) and with the chip you shouldnt drop below 15 if you are hot rodding it around non stop.. The less you are in the throttle.. you can actually increase your economy..

I got 19 to 20 mpg hwy. with the 265/70R17 radials. I have an 05 2500 4x4 QC. As soon as I added 305/70R17's it dropped to like 17 to 18 but thats bigget tires for ya.

There isn't just a "this is what you run" method when it comes to mileage and the box. I actually notice less EGT's on the higher settings on the highway, but also you will get some slight surging on the higher settings if you run the cruise, which will kill any gain in mileage and gets annoying.

I run on level 1 or 2 on the highway with the cruise set, surge isn't bad at all. I get 22-23mpg, thats with the Juice, built trans, exhaust, intake, and think converting my whole drivetrain over to synthetic made a difference too. Hard to say which mod actually is making the biggest difference, and sometimes it just takes them all together to make a noticeble difference.
