Not unless ya got more money than ya know what to do with,......If ya do I'm in need of a turbo.....LOL
8psi is the lowest ya need to go, personally thats still stretchin it,
Lots of diff products to fix yer prob just depends how deep ur pockets r
Fass seems to be one of the better all round soutions,...I just went the cheap route and put a carter black pump as a pusher back by the tank
I keep 20-23 idle, 15 at wot, runnin it for bout 6 months no probs little loud can hear a d@mn thng w/truck runnin anywho.....LOL

If you see 0 psi AT ALL TO THE PUMP THAT IS VERY BAD! and can be very expensive to replace the injection pump. sounds like a week lift pump, time to upgrade to a better lift pump.

If ya jsut had it replaced and its 15 at idle, its probly still good, on mine bein that am contantly broke just ordered a carter blackrace pump from jegs, spliced it into the stock steel lines on the framerail just in front of the tank w/ rubberfuel lineand hose clamps, and wired a switch up in the cab(just because I like switches).........some may say this setup isn't any good, but I have ran the dog sh@t out of it for 6months+ no probs yet, not sayin it won't crap out the next time I start it but its worked so far..........................
in short, jegs, carter black race(p/n P4601HP),fuel line,hose clamps,go........

GO TO THE DEALERSHIP AND HAVE THEM WORK ON IT.......A FRIEND OF MINE HAD A 98 AND THEY REPLACED THE LIFT PUMP WITH THE NEW INTANK STYLE FOR FREE UNDER SOME SORT OF WARRANTY EXTENSION OR SOMETHING BECAUSE HE DROPPED IT OFF AT THE DEALSHIP DOWN WHERE HE WAS TOWING BECAUSE ON THE WAY DOWN THERE THE FUEL PREASSURE DROPPED OFF TO 3 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND HE HAD NO MEANS OF GETTING THE TRUCK BACK HOME SO HE TOOK IT IN AND THEY CALLED HIM LATER ON THAT DAY TELLING HIM IT WAS READY AND THE LIFTPUMP WAS REPLACED AND ALL THEY CHARGED HIM WAS DIAGNOSTICS.....
