Flatbed
Hi all,
Now that I have my '98 dually, I'm ready to start setting it up the way I want it. I want a steel flatbed, and the cheapest I've found locally is $1025, not installed. If I pull my original bed off and drive the truck to them, they'll set it on the frame and strap it down for me. I can probably handle bolting it down myself. What I want to know is, where is a good place to get them? If there's a place a bunch cheaper than $1025 then I'd be willing to drive a good distance (I'm in Montgomery, AL).
'Nother question-I'd like to find some taillights that will just plug into my stock wiring harness. Does anybody make lights that will fit an aftermarket flatbed and plug directly in? It looks to me like the flatbeds use the normal generic-looking lights you can find just about anywhere.
