If you're thinking about the one i'm thinking about, it was a propane flame thrower system, and they actually did a write up on it. Bad news? Well, for liability reasons they removed it. So... if you can find anyone on here that actually caught the write up, you would be set, otherwise... build a propane system of your own. You need a propane feed and an ignitor, and a little bit of tweaking here and there!

I have seen a couple old cars out there that have flamethrowers that use propane to make the flame. Honestly they all seemed pretty lame.
The only flamethrowers that I have seen that were cool were the ones where you rev up a gasser and cut the ignition for a second so it floods the exhaust with gas and then a spark plug lights them up.
All the propane setups Ive seen only throw like a 1-2 foot flame and it looks weak.
The gas set ups I've seen can throw like 10-20 foot flames and the look and sound awesome.
