First Mods?
Hey fellas,
I've had my 2001 CTD for about 20,000 miles now and love the truck. It's a 4X4 auto and I want to keep it reliable. The only mod I have done so far is a K&N and silencer ring removal. What should I do next. I don't tow or haul that often but I do mash the loud pedal a lot. Thanks in advance for the advice. Scott

Well if it was me hehe, heck it was me. I would start with an Edge EZ, gives that Cummins a wake up call. And when you go in for warranty (hope not ) you can take it off in a couple of minutes.
Go any bigger and you will need gauges( which you should get first anyway ) and then the trans will need upgrading, theres no end in site for you my boy.hehe
Welcome to the site and have fun. chuck. ;D

Scott,

I'll second the gauges (pyro, boost, trans temp), maybe some higher flowing banjos to help relieve some lift pump stress, and an EZ or PowerMax1 (if you think you may go to high power levels in the future).

Rod
