Thanks to John at Floor-It-Diesel for getting the truck on the dyno late Saturday. Didn't have much time for tweaking the wastegate setting or trying the water/meth, kept blowing an intercooler boot every other dyno run.

Not too bad, was hoping to break 600 on #2.

Drag comp and smarty (the one combination we tried) got 593 hp / 1340 ftlbs.

FWIW, injectors alone put down 462 hp 1001 ftlbs

Pretty close to my combination, I throw down 590's with fuel only and 636 running water with the 6's , Who knows what the 8's will make!

 

You finally got on teh DYNO!!! I thought between working on our 6.7 and the third gen lockdown on that thing you would go back empty handed. Good meeting you this weekend hope you get back down soon with that Common Rail Excursion.

 

It was alot of fun regardless of how long it took to get on the dyno. After riding in your truck it gave me alot more inspiration to get the Excursion together. A built auto with power is so darn fast!!!!

Did you find out what broke yet? transfer case?
