finally got the EZ

Just purchased the EZ and I'm wondering what kind of power will I get without any other modifications other than the EZ. Unfortunately my truck came the 47RE tranny. Will the tranny hold up?

All kidding aside, it depends on your RFF (Right Foot Factor), and how hard you work it at low RPM (read not a good idea).

The 4.10s will be in your favor......for a while....but the 315s won't be.

The auto guys will be of more help here, just take it easy until they respond with driving suggestions. I know, easy to type, hard to do! And...congrats on your BOMB!

Re:finally got the EZ

Depends on how you drive...some have had no problems with the EZ and others have had the tranny go south soon after the install of the EZ. I went and upgraded the tranny the sametime I put in the EZ to be on the safe side. I really don't think there is a good answer to your question other than to take it easy...
