Finally!!!!!!!!!!

Hey All,

I finally took some pics of the truck and all the projects I've been doing. I've done all the work on the truck myself with the exception of the ATS gauges. I designed and installed the dvd player, rhino lining, stereo, subs, wheels and tires, and ALL the maker lights. I also have the 4inch straight pipe exhaust, and the comp (mounted under the brake controller-from CTD NUT)

In all there are 40 marker lights. 5 on top, 8 on the front bumper, 8 on each running board, 1 on each side of the tool box, 2 on each mudflap, 3 under the tailgate, and 2 on the back of the cab. Plus 2 fog lights on the front grill guard. The subs are 15inchs and there is a 1500 watt amp. The dvd plays through all of the speakers including the subs, so this makes for quite a nice massage since the subs are right behind the front seat. Sorry about the long post, but these pics are long over due.

Pics are in Gallery!!!!

Matt

p.s. the only thing I had no part in designing or making was the dog....but he's awesome!

Nice job on the truck !
Is that shelf from JC Whitney or similar? Were you able to retain the sunvisors?

Dieselburner,
The wheels are from discount tire. They are MB and they are 16x8. They have less backspacing then stock but are wider so they actually only move out about 3-5 mm. (basically nothing)

apwatson50,
I'm a little bit of everywhere in colorado. I live in Superior, go to college in Boulder (CU), and spend the weekends skiing in Breckenridge. My parents live in Greenwood Village (SE Denver) so I do projects there. Where about are you?

Moose10 et al,
This was ordered through JC whitney, good deal and it's helped a lot w/ clutter on the floor and under the seat. It has built in mounts for the visors, but they do block quite a bit of the field of vision. They mount the same way, but I just decided I didn't need them. It's called a SHELF-IT and its available a lot of place, but I got mine through JC.

Actually sad story about the pup. The Huskey in the other picture (w/ my fiance) was shot after he ran away by a.....well you know what I'd say but i'll save the admin the time of deleting it.....for chasing cattle (supposedly) around June 1. So I got the Lab to help the mini Aussie have someone to keep in line.
The brake controller is perfect for that mount!!!! I'd never have thought of it w/o this site but especialy w/o you! Thanks man!

That is terrible. I don't know what I would if my dog got shot (5 year old GSD).....probably the first thing I would do is go absolutely insane......she is a member of our family(sometimes I wonder who is the head this household! )

Anyway, beautiful rig, keep up the good work and glad I could help.

Nice looking rig. Those 15's must pound out the tunes. A buddy of mine took that same DVD player and mounted it in his glove compartment on a swivel. Pretty slick.

I'd be in jail for beating the man senseless with the gun he shot him with!

I just saw that pic of the Husky and was thinking "what a beautiful dog" ......I've wanted a Husky for years and I just don't have the time to raise/train a dog like *I* want to do.

I'm sorry for your loss.
